Do you have what it takes to be an interpreter, but tend to get nervous in front of a crowd? Do you feel
you need to improve your expression in English in order to reinforce your interpreting skills? As an
interpreter, do you feel you need to understand better what goes on in the speaker’s mind in order to
interpret better? Or do you find yourself in a job where you have to hold conferences, lectures or
speeches regularly, but are rather introverted?
If you answered yes to any of the above, this course is
for you.
In this course, through public speaking and debating, you will learn how to:
- Structure a speech;
- Present an argument;
- Think on your feet;
- Improve your English-speaking skills;
- Use your voice correctly;
- Manage your stress.
We will cover a vast number of topics related to current affairs (political, environmental, economic,
legal, scientific, among others) and you will be able to suggest topics that may be useful to you.
The objective of this course is to build your confidence and eloquence in English when speaking in
public.

Mr Milica Šajin – Izvorni govornik engleskog jezika. Prevodilac engleskog, francuskog i španskog jezika. Na Institut de Traducteurs, d’Interprètes et de Relations Internationales u Strazburu završila master studije prevođenja. Revizor prevoda pravnih publikacija o ljudskim pravima u Savetu Evrope i akreditovani pismeni i usmeni prevodilac u Specijalnom sudu Ujedinjenih Nacija za Liban. Radila kao pismeni i usmeni prevodilac za različite međunarodne institucije i kompanije (Međunarodni krivični sud, Evropski Parlament, RTVE – Španska nacionalna televizija, Međunarodni krivični sud za bivšu Jugoslaviju, Arte francuska/nemačka televizija, …). Ovlašćeni sudski prevodilac u Južnoafričkoj Republici. Predavala stručni engleski jezik u Francuskoj i Španiji.
